Question : Problem: Konica 7155 changing fonts?

Hello all.

I have a client that recently had a new Konica 7155 set up in the office.  Things were functioning well for a couple months & then a couple users reported that, for no apparent reason, the printer stopped printing out documents with the correct fonts/formatting.  Reinstalling drivers, etc. had no effect.  

There was no other software installed or any changes made to these systems; one day it just started printing out differently.

The copier company that it's being leased from reports other clients with the same symptoms, but no solution.

Users are on Win98 & Office 2k.
