Question : Problem: Restoring single message from top information store end up with V-79-57344-33928 access is denied

Hi All,
I'm using BE 11d 7170 SP1 with all latest patch installed. Currently, I'm backing up information store from cluster of Exchange Server 2003 SP2 to tape.
My backup exec service account is member of domain admins and exchange full administrator.
Well, I can say that backup is successful... But When I try to restore single mailbox, I can browse from that snapshot full backup until top information store, then I choose specific email that I want to restore...
It end up with error V-79-57344-33928 access is denied after the job is running for several hours....
Are there any permission or configuration issue ?

Hi Dan,
I solved it by mount RSG database and dismount again to let empty database being created....
Now, I can restore it by using RSG and Exmerge....
Anyway, Thanks for your effort to assist me....
I will close these case from now on....
