Question : Problem: How to download file from SSH?

I have VPS linux i have some files i want to download it from there to my pc is there a way?

I have root access

Notice: Am not talking about downloading file on the VPS box, i want to download a file from there to my pc.

Download WinSCP - free scp client for windows - http://winscp.net/eng/index.php

SCP - Secure CoPy - is a means of copying files over SSH.

The interface is much like FTP if you have used an FTP client before you should be able to use this.
