Can Remote Desktop be configured to allow more than one user to log into a computer simultaneously?

Windows XP Professional does not allow more than one user to connect at any given time.

Windows Server (Admin Mode) should allow 2 Administrators + 1 Console session

If you need more than that, you have to use Windows Server Terminal Services Application Mode.
