Question : Problem: VPN connects, no access to LAN

I am using Cisco 4.0.2 client to connect to my office network tthrough PIX 501. I get connected to office but am not able to access server at my office.
For logging on to office server Please tell me what more I have to do?
I am a novice so please tell me step by step.

Standard troubleshooting procedure. Likely just a name resolution issue. 1
st check that you can ping the office servers ip address. That confirms connectivity. If it doesn't work we'd need to start problem resolution there.
If it does work then move to the next stage and try to ping the server by name. If you can't ping by name, I'll bet your home machine is not in the office domain and doesn't have the dns and wins entries you'd get by default on a machine on the office network. Adding an entry in the hosts file for machine you're trying to get to will work.
If there are a number of devices on the office lan you need to get to then consider letting the Admin config your home machine like they would any other office machine. As a bonus you'd likely get the corp antivirus, etc.
