Question : Problem: Need Serious Help With Blackberry Manager!!!! Cannot add user to bes

Hello All,

i am need of some serious help.  CEO has chosen to let go of IPHONE and go with the new blackberry curve.  Boss had Blackberry years ago but was taken off the bes server once he purchased a windows mobile device.  For some odd reason i cannot add him back to the bes but can add any other user but him.  When i try to add him i get
"failed to add user to the  blackberry server.  Unable to open mailbox for user.  The users mailbox may have been deleted".  I have tried every troubleshooting that i can think of and i dont want to uninstall if i dont have to and affect more than just one person.  I have ran dbclean and all the utilities.  I have thought about recreating his account in Active Directory but havent done that yet either.  

Have ran updates, rebooted, and like i said i can add any other user it just seems that the settings are off and may have gotten ugly with his account once it was removed from teh server years ago.  Seems like a database or something just needs to be cleared out so it can find this email address which was like one of the email address first starte when we got exchange mail system years ago.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!  i figured it out somehow i guess....what i did was used the dbclean.exe but instead of using the blackberry profile i went and created new profile and used his name as new profile and it cleaned his settings out somehow and is now activating with enterprise activation......YES!!!!!!!!!
