Can someone help me with this as is there any program which i can run and that will archive all older files which are not used for long period of time. can some one help

Because this is a server you should try using a backup solution. It is a good idea to have a backup anyway, just in case.

If you really just want to archive and remove the old files there is a program "Remove Old Files 2.07" that you can get that will do exactly that. You can get this program by following the link below:
