Question : Problem: SYNC Outlook with IPHONE both ways

We had one user here in the office try to sync his IPHONE with his Outlook and lost everything.  Why did this happen?  Was it because it syncs only one way?  Is there a way to set up ITUNES to sync in both directions for changes?

Sorry what I said there was not really easy to understand...

What I meant is itunes should do a merge... Anything on the phone goes to outlook and anything that is in Outlook and not on the phone is synced...

It should NOT delete anything...
