Question : Problem: Making a Notice board using a Plasma TV!

I am trying to make a notice board using a 50" plasma HITACHI. I have tried it with a dual monitor graphics card. Making the Plasma TV the Main display and using a 19" widescreen for controlling the plasma display.
To create notices and announcements I use powerpoint 2007. The powerpoint shows are then converted to high quality video files using a ppt to video converter. After creating the video's the files are played using power DVD. The video window of the power DVD player is then dragged to the plasma display and full screened,  while the console or the player stays on the 19" monitor.
When I play the video it works fine! But when i try to edit the play list of the power DVD player the video window of the plasma display minimizes!

Is there any other way I can do this?

my requirements would be:
1. I need make new announcements in every 6 hours without minimizing the plasma display
2. I need to put announcements on time schedule.
3. I need to use a secondary display to make and edit the announcements.

thankyou

Answer : Problem: Making a Notice board using a Plasma TV!

I believe it is happening due to the Power DVD software.
When you select the desktop the video display minimises so you can view the desktop clearly. As you are using the second monitor it sees the desktop of both monitors as one.

You could try EasyWorship. It is design for something similar to what you are trying to do:

You can also try MatrixDVD. It has dual monitor support, but it isn't the best quality video:
