Question : Problem: New Custom built computer will not post without resetting CMOS.

I have built new computer using Asus P5Q Deluxe MOB.  The computer will post and boot properly.  However when the computer is reboted it will no longer even post.  I can reset the cmos and and it will post and boot.  Also when it does post and I enter the bios.  If I change anything and save changes, when it tries to reboot it will no longer post until I reset the cmos.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for all the comments and suggestions.  Not sure why but disabling the floppy controller in the bios corrected this problem.  To make sure this was really the culprit I re-enabled it and the problem returned.  Kind of stupid to have not tried this earlier....because there is not a floppy installed anyway.
