I have one APC UPS on a rack box with two servers.
The first server is connected via USB to the APC, and it has PowerChute software.
I want that is there a power failure both servers shut down correctly.

You UPS only supports shutting down one computer UNLESS you've added the appropriate add-in card to the Smart Slot.
