Question : Problem: Java Array list

I am trying to create an array list for the perioidic table of elements for a program i am working on however i am stuck at a point . I have created the code where the user would be asked simple chemistry questions and then it would lead into questions about the periodic table however i cannot or am not able to do this . Please adivise
