Question : Problem: E-mail delivered to a PST via Outlook client rule, does not appear on BB anymore

I have an executive that had received all messages in his Blackberry even though his Exchange 2003 Inbox was being dumped into a PST file when Outlook was running.  Now after a server reboot, and possible several reboots of his BB, items that are e-mailed to him while his Outlook client is running and passing them to his PST no longer stay on the BB.

If you close Outlook on the PC items start to appear in the BB as they are delivered to the Exchange Server.

Worked before.

BB: 8130
Exchange 2003
Outlook 2007 SP1
Verizon Service (not that this should matter)

Sorry for the delay, here is the solution:
To disable Hard Deletes Reconciliation
If using BlackBerry Enterprise Server, complete the following steps:

   1. Open BlackBerry Manager.
   2. In the Explorer view, click Server.
   3. On the Server Configuration tab, click Edit Properties, then click Messaging.
   4. For the Hard Deletes Reconciliation option, choose False from the drop-down menu.
   5. Restart the BlackBerry Enterprise Server services.
