Question : Problem: Array disk 0:3 failed

please help ASAP, thanks
i have a file and print server Dell PowerEdge 2600, and using RAID 5. the windows server 2003 system now is still running. the data is still can be access. Array Disk 0:3 (Seagate 146G ULTRA 320 RPM=10k) faild last week, now i get another new Disk the same capacity, but the RPM is 15.5K.
however, after i insert the new disk, the system starts to rebuild, but after 1 minutes, it failed to rebuild. i tried many times, still failed. i also tried to rebuild in the clt+M configuration menu, still failed.
please advise. thanks

The most likely cause of your problem is that the underlying array structures are corrupt. Your best course of action is to make a full backup of the system (and test it to make sure that you can recover) then go into the RAID BIOS and destroy the RAID configuration and create a new one. You'll need to reinstall the operating system and backup application. You'll then be able to restore your backup.
