Question : Problem: I CANT DELETE OPENED MESSAGES ON MY BB HANDHELD

I CAN DELETE OPENED MESSAGES ON MY BB HANHELD KNOWING THAT I CAN DELETE UNOPENED MESSAGES,  IF I CHANGE STATUS OF OPENED MESSAGE TO UNOPENED ALSO CANT DELETE IT, SO THE MESSAGE DELTED ONLY THE ONE NEVER OPENED ONTHE HANDHELD, AND NORMAL THING IS TO BE ABLE DELETE MESSAGES EITHER OPENED OR NOT OPENED.

I would first try updating your BES to Service Pack 4 as your version has a number of bugs and is missing many features.  Just remember to log on using your BlackBerry service account (e.g. BESadmin) when you run the update.
