Question : Problem: App to put Tilt to sleep during designated time period

Hi Experts. I have an AT&T Tilt that I would like to put into "sleep" mode during 1030p-700a. I have an app now (Phonetimer) that works occasionally but only when it wants to. I've had that app for 10+ months and figured I would see if anyone knew of a new app. Thanks in advance.
