Question : Problem: How do I boot from CD on my Toshiba Laptop?

Hi,

I have a Toshiba Satellite M45 S-351 Model. My laptop will not boot from my windows xp cd. I have changed the BIOS information for booting to CD as the first priority, but it just goes straight to PXE and then Windows starts to load. It seems like it will access the Cd-rom drive for a split second as the splash screen is displayed. It is a multi-drive cd/dvd. It works perfect while in windows. All I want to do is install a fresh copy of windows XP. Please help.

the only sure way to boot from cd is disconnecting the other boot devices...
