could I connect from one router to other router via serials (direct V.35 cable),
If I could how can I do? (how the pin diagram?)

You need a DTE cable and a DCE cable. I've heard good things about the price and speed of getting things from http://www.anthonypanda.com  I've never used them.

If you don't want to buy a cable and want to do it yourself, check http://www.cisco.com for the pinouts for your interface type.
