Question : Problem: the farm name cannot be matched to the specified data store

this is a new installation of citrix ps4.5 onto a x64 windows 2003
running chfarm i'm trying to create a new farm.
i go through the wizard fine, create an ODBC connection to a database on an sql server 2005, fine.
when i get to the end, it hangs forever and then comes back with the error message displayed on my question title.
I'm stuck here and I need to gt this sever rolling asap


any help will be greatly appreciated

Answer : Problem: the farm name cannot be matched to the specified data store

Since this is the first server have you tried just making the datastore an access database, then using dsmaint migrate to switch to SQL?  Access is the default datastore type and migrating a datastore with only one server is quick.
