Answer : Problem: how to create SSH connection

When you create the question, one of the selection boxes asks for your experience level in this subject. You selected "Guru".

Anyhow, WIndows 2003 does not come with SSH. You will have to install an SSH daemon on the server in order to allow it to accept incoming SSH connections.

That should be plenty to get you started in the right direction.
