Question : Problem: The computer will boot fine when these cards are not attached but when attached comuter restarts without even getting to the bios. Anybody have any issues like this?

I have a dg33tl intel motherboard. We tried installing a linksys wmp330n card. When you turn the computer on, the fans spin then automatically go off, then it tries to restart. I tried the card in exact same model and it does the same thing. Tried the card in a differenct pc and it worked fine. Tried a sound card and a wmp54g wireless card in the dg33tl and they worked fine. We sent the linksys back and got a netgear "n" model. Same exact problem. Have tried bigger Powersuplly and removing the motherboard from the case. Have also tried nothing else plugged in but cpu and ram. Also downgraded the ram(was 4gb) to just 2 gb dual channel. Does anyone have any ideas? Both intel and linksys say everything should be working, no known issues
