Question : Problem: Error code 0x85010014 when trying to sync.

We have 5 users who sync their phones with our exchange server and don't have an issue.  They use Verizon with windows mobile 6.  Today I received a T-Mobile phone running Windows mobile 6  and I set it up just like the Verizon phones but am getting error 0x85010014.  I tried to use a different user but still get the same error.  I am concerned about chaning anything because I do not want to effect the other 5 users.  Any help would be great.

yes, but there are 2 things to connect to the server:

1. you need the correct APN (acces point name) and its settings. These are provider dependent, so they would be different from Verizon to T-mobile. Easiest check is, can you go on the internet?

2. Active sync should be set up correctly and would indeed be the same (except maybe user credentials) for both devices.
