I have a Toshiba Satellite A15-S1292. Few months ago it had overheating problems, so I bought a Targus "Chill mat" and it worked well. Few days ago it started to had an ugly sound, I was not sure if that was the fan or the hard disk. When I turned around or hitted the case the sound went off. Now the laptop just don't work. What happens now is:
- I turn it on and the first Windows screen shows with that small bar below moving (so it looks like it's loading)
- After few seconds that bar stops moving
- Then after few more seconds the screen just turns off
- I believe the laptop gets somewhat hot very quickly, but I just force it off by pressing the power button for several seconds.
Any advice on how can I bring my laptop back to life?
