Question : Problem: Still having mouse problems

I closed my other question about my mouse problems accidently...for you guys that didn't know my problem, I am having a problems when, say for instance, I am in outlook express, and want to move the "bar up"so I can see more of my messages...the "double arrow is really hard to get to come up...I really have to be precise to get it to come up...i've tryed all differnt settings (other than this problem, my mouse and touchpad are fine...

You do have to be "exactly" on the line that separate sections of a window to get a resize pointer.   I think you'll find that it's just a matter of (a) "getting used to it" -- i.e. slowing down your movement and focusing on stopping the mouse movement when you're at the exact right point; and (b) "tweaking" your settings so they match your personal preferences.  In addition, some programs are more "sensitive" to this than others.   You have the right idea -- "fiddle" with your settings and you'll find the right combination that will make it seem "simple."
