Question : Problem: HP Laserjet 4345 PCL XL Error

I have a HP Laserjet 4345 printer on a network that is not allowing anyone to print to it. The user is getting the message 'This doc failed to print.' They are also getting the following message:

PCL XL Error
Subsystem: userstream
Error: Missing Data
Operator: Read image 144.

The printer is using the PCL 6 driver.

I don't like using PCL6. It causes too many problems, from PCL XL errors to extremely slow printing. Try my usual fix and install the PCL5 or PostScript driver from:
