Exchange Agent shows fails due to agent license graace period expire in BrightStor ArcStor.
Even thought the new license is installed. Scheduled backup are not running but if manually run the backup its working.

From within the Manager go to Help About and then client the license button to verify the agent is licensed.
if it is I think you need to open an issue with CA on it.
