Question : Problem: Blackberry Mail Director crashes: "RMPwpCLI.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"

Has anyone else experienced this problem.  I have a Windows XP machine with Blackberry desktop 3.6 and redirector.  The Mail Connector the program (in my case, it was downloaded and installed from a t-mobile's Blackberry Web Client web client for setting up redirection) (RMPwpCLI.exe ) crashes each night with "RMPwpCLI.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close".  There is no other information

Appname Crmpwpcli.exe, appver 4.40702.1338, modname:unknown


As a result, once it crashes my email is no longer redirected.  Any help would be appreciated.

Answer : Problem: Blackberry Mail Director crashes: "RMPwpCLI.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"

Uninstall the Blackberry desktop and redirector and then reinstall it.  It's possible that one of the files may be corrupted.  If it is still crashing, then we would need to take a look to see what resources are being used on the box.
