Question : Problem: Excel docs print as garbage with HP printer on Windows print server

I have a Windows 2003 print server and many HP printers.  I seem to run across many times when people using the print server print from Excel and the HP printer prints out garbage.  I have the newest drivers, and have tried PCL6/5e/PS and either excel docs print as garbage or t hey don't print at all.  

In one case like this I had to use drivers from a different model printer (that was older) to get excel docs to print right.  Does anyone have any ideas?  This is a 2430n HP printer.

Yeah, the PCL5 driver didn't work for me either.  I tried deleting the printer and re-adding it and everything.  I found the original CD that came with the printer and used those drivers and now it works fine.  I don't get how newer drivers don't work, but oh well.
