Question : Problem: I need to remotely "ghost" a pc and make a full backup of the boot drive

Our company has a site in another state that we have a site-to-site vpn connection with.  I need to remotely "ghost" or backup a bootable image of one of the machines main drive.  I need to do this from offsite and preferably without installing anything on the client machine.  What can I do to make an image of the client machine boot drive remotely?

what OS is the remote system running?

find an IT consultant who has a copy of the IT edition of storagecraft - this is the type of scenario it could be used for - it is for one off snapshots WITHOUT installing any software.
I cant think of any other way. Most other solutions will want a install/reboot.
