Question : Problem: Triplicate Calendar Events

Greetings Experts.

I am pretty new to BES, and have a single user BES Server Express version 4.1.4.12

Things seem to be working OK except that user is getting triplicates of all his calendar events.

Not sure how to troubleshoot this in BES Manager, or if it is done at user's desktop.

Is there a way in BES MAnager to wipe the Calendar and re-sync?

Answer : Problem: Triplicate Calendar Events

Use desktop manager on a workstation to clear the calendar manually. But it would be best to erase the device (Options > Security Options > General Settings > Press the menu button and select Wipe Handheld) and then reactivate it onto the BES.
