Question : Problem: how to increase citrix webpage timeout option

We use webpage access feature of citrix. How can i increase the timeout aspect of the webpage. After 15 minutes it times out and we drop the app that is opened as a result?

If you are using Presentation Server 4.5 with Web Interface 4.6 with the WI 4.6 Mgmt Console update then you can change it in the Access Management Console.

Click on your web site in the AMC
Click on Manage Session Preferences
Click on Web Sessions
Change your timeout there
Click Apply
Click OK
