Question : Problem: Routing between 2 NICs on the Windows 2003 Server R2

My client have two subnets:
Group A : 192.168.1.xxx
Group B : 192.168.2.xxx

Subnets is connected to the their own switches, but Server is connected to the both networks via two NICs.

Is there any way to enable routing between this networks on the Server on a specified port ? Because client uses some p2p application that should work in both networks.
