Question : Problem: Best way to clean an Apple Airbook keyboard?

I spilled some soda, not too much, on my airbook keyboard.

Only the up, down and backslash are not responding.

Is there any cleaning solvent I can use to get these keys operational instead of turning it in to Apple for repair?

"Cleaning Solvent"???

NO, the only "safe" cleaning option for the non-technical is high pressure air canister.  This can direct a focused jet of air to move dust and dirt from beneath keys.  It may not be much help for dried soda residue.

If you're more adventurous you can remove the offending keys

then clean carefully with a dry cotton bud

If this gets your keys working .. then buy one of these

if not ... then its off to Apple or an authorised repair centre (if you want to keep your warranty intact)
