Question : Problem: Replacing on board Graphics

I currently have an hp pavilion zv6100 with a Radeon Xpress 200m graphics card 128MB. I realize that it is an onboard graphics card, but I was wondering if there was still any possible way to replace it. I.E. pulling the chip off the board and installing another.
