Topcall does not flip back to status Continue automatically even though I can switch the status to Continue manually.
Does anybody know what's happening?
Answer : Problem: Fax Server Error
Not sure, but I would
1) get the latest version installed.
2) Check the 3 event logs
3) Check the services in control panel
4) Check for unuse services and disable them, as well as any malware.
5) contact them for support
I hope this helps !
