i think my motherboard is intel 815eea.

Answer : Problem: vga memory

Your friend most likely has a different board.  The intel 810 / 815 cannot do 32Mb of shared memory, it tops out at 16Mb.

Your friend most likely has a via chipset with onboard Savage3D, which can do 32Mb of shared system memory.

If your board has an open AGP or PCI slot you can put in an AGP or PCI card and expand that way.  Even if it's just PCI, a nice card like a Radeon 9200 PCI w/ 128Mb can be had for $70(u.s.) , a 9100 w/ 128Mb for $55 or a Radeon 7000 (64Mb) for $46 on pricewatch.com.  The AGP cards are even less expensive, the Radeon 9200SE AGP8X 128Mb is $49.95 (lowest price) on pricewatch.com...

And any of those cards will WAY outperform your onboard intel graphics.  Even the lowly Radeon 7000 will blow it away.
