Question : Problem: Getting TV to LCD Projector

Hi,

I want to use an LCD in a classroom(s) to broadcast a closed circuit TV channel.  What is the best way to go from Coaxle cable to LCD Projector.  Right not I have nothing in place.  I need as much as an idiot proof solution as possible.  I know I need some kind of tuner VCR etc.

Is there a product for this?
Is there an LCD projector with TV tuner?
