Question : Problem: resize laptop screen
stand-alone monitors have resize buttons on the monitor itself, to stretch height & width.
how to do this on a laptop? inspiron del 9300. It has 1.5" margins on all 4 sides in XP.
There is underlying problem (incomplete list of resolutions available to select) I don't have the time to fix -- like trying dell's website for new drivers, etc.. I'd rather just fix the symptop.
Answer : Problem: resize laptop screen
F2 at start up to access bios, enable extend video, save and exit. Try that see if it helps.
