HOW CAN I RECORD FROM MY TV TO THE RW OF MY HOME THEATER ?

NOTE : IM USING HDMI CABLE
MY TV IS SONY
MY HOME THEATER IS SONY KAV9000 AND ITS RW

Get a digital cable box or a satellite box. Feed your TV the HDMI stream for picture, then feed S-Video or something to your DVR/DVD recorder to record it. There is a way to copy HDTV as HDTV, but it's tough to do, and you can only do it where the show isn't encrypted. There's no one click record way of recording HDTV to DVD, but for just digital cable, no problem. The point is that a digital connection like HDMI prevents copying, but S-VIdeo is analog and so you can copy that way.
