Question : Problem: Buying a server with AMD Processor

Hi,
I am looking at buying a new web server, my other 4 servers are Dell and pentiurm procesors in them.  The new server I am looking at is a Dell T605 and has a AMD procesor is this likly to cuase any issues in my current environment or running software/programs?
I will be transfering all data from my old pentium web server to the new AMD one will this be a problem.

Yes.  The drivers for virtualization are in essense the same as drivers for physical hardware.
