Question : Problem: How do I image a laptop that is SCSI or SATA using Norton Ghost v11?

I am using Norton Ghost v11 to image my laptops. I am using PXE to boot from lan to connect to the server. Every time I try to image a laptop with SCSI or SATA controllers using Norton Ghost v11, It freezes during imaging. Is there a way I can integrate the drivers for these devices so it won't freeze when I start imaging?

I'm sorry I re-read your question more thoroughly.  Can you try to reimage from a DVD to narrow down the problem.  Maybe this is network related.
