Question : Problem: configure RAID 5 for Supermicro server
I create the RAID but it shows uninitialized and when I run windows 2008 server install, it doesn't see the drives.
I guess the RAID is not initialized.

Were the drives preformatted to ntfs? if not that probably is your problem.
Try Paragon partition manager, it should help you figure out what is going on.
