Question : Problem: How can I get Parallels to stop install the parallels tools everytime I use the bootcamp partition?

I am currently running 10.5 on a Macbook Pro.  I have used the bootcamp assistant and setup a partition that has Windows XP.  With the new version of Parallels, you are able to boot from a bootcamp partition.  However, everytime I start up the bootcamp partition with parallels it has to reinstall Parallels Tools everytime.
These are the instructions I followed to get paralllels setup:

Is there a way that I can keep this from happening because it take about 10 to 15 minutes to start up everytime?

Usually, that screen will stay there the entire time the OS is booting, so perhaps there is something going on with XP.  A driver loading incorrectly or maybe DHCP is attempting to obtain an IP and can't or something that is really slowing down the boot up speed of XP.
