Question : Problem: No free memory?

My computer was fine yesterday, but today it is extremely slow. When I try and watch a video in Windows Media Player, It says I have no free memory. Nothing that I know of has changed. Its just slower, and all my free memory is going straight into my cached memory, even just at idle. It is fine in safe mode. I have Windows Vista 64 bit, 4 GB of ram, 2.2 GHz intel possessor, 320 gig HDD, 512 Mb dedicated graphics card. The computer is only a few months old! I cant do anything!  Why is my memory disappearing!? How do I get it back!?
