Question : Problem: Published App Takes 60 Secs to display after login

Has anyone seen this issue before.

1st Specs:
I have a Windows 2000 Server w/SP4, Citrix Metaframe XP Presentation Server w/ Feature Release 3 and SP3.

2nd Issue:
When a user logs in, it takes 60 secs to display the published application. It seems to happen during the time Citrix is creating the Printer on their session. I have been unable to track down the actual culprit (Security Fix, Patch, etc).

I am hoping that someone else ran into this issue and has been able to resolve it.
