Question : Problem: Build Me A Computer! (Select Parts)

Here's the deal...

I need to build a server that will run Windows Server 2008. It is to run a MPI (Multi-Processor) Application, so it'll have to be at least three cores, hopefully four cores. I'm a student, so the budget is limited.

I have an ATX case with plenty of room. The old server got hit by lightning. I need the following:

A Quad-Core Processor (Cheapest you can fine -- Price of which Excluded from Budget Below)
   Needs to handle a 64-bit Windows Server OS.
   Needs to be 4 cores.
A System Board (Not too expensive, but not crap either.)
Compatible Memory (2GB sticks preferred, need 4GB total.)
A Video Card
   (It's going to be a terminal/server, remember.)
   Nothing too expensive or fancy. I don't need 512MB ram on it.
   Prefer two VGA out ports for dual monitors. They're old CRTs. Again, it's going to be a terminal/server.
A 10/100 Ethernet card (if the mobo doesn't have one)

I don't need another power supply -- already got plenty.

The primary reason I'm asking: I want to make sure the parts are compatible with each other.

Budget with Processor: $800
Budget without Processor: About $400

If you can find a company selling a quad-core solution with such specs for a similar price, please point that out as well.

If you can find applicable Black Friday (pref. online, in-store (FLORIDA) is OK too) deals, go for it!

You can get a Dell Poweredge T100 with a quad core cpu and 4Gb(2x2gb) of ram for $700(No OS included). You'll have to add a video card for dual monitors but you can get one of those on newegg for less than $50. If you want to build here's some parts and while it may be cheaper, if a part does fail the downtime will be longer.
