Question : Problem: Won't boot to raid
ok, so I have an Asus A1N64-SLI motherboard, and it has a RAID 0 for the primary boot device. for some reason I can NOT boot to the raid after I removed 2 other IDE HDD's from the machine. You would think it has nothing to do with it right? What the heck can I do to make this machine boot back to the Raid? I KNOW there isn't anything wrong with the raid (2 WD Raptor 150GB HDD's) I can't seem to get it to boot, I've changed the boot sequence, drive numbers, everything I can possibly do....

Answer : Problem: Won't boot to raid

ive done this before. when installing windows only have the 2 hard drives in that are on the raid 0 configuration. if you have any other hard drives present while installing windows it will add files onto the other drives needed to boot windows. so upon removing the other drives it is not complete anymore. im afraid you will have to reinstall windows without those extra hard drives.
