Question : Problem: Problems with display - some windows appear half off screen, cataylist control center fades in and out

Add a new monitor - Samsung 24 incher, love it, but ati card doesn't seem to. running 1900 by 1200 but lots of the windows, appear half off the screen. I suppose I could change resolution and fix it, but I'd like to keep this resolution. I run dual monitors and it happens on both sides. I also run a software that manages dual display named UnltrMon, but don't think it's the culprit.
