Question : Problem: Access Second Contacts List from Windows Mobile Phone?

I have a user synchronized with Exchange 2007 using a Windows Mobile based phone. In their Outlook under Contacts, they have split off a group of people into a sub-contacts group entitled "Favorites". For some reason the Windows Mobile phone only synchronizes with the primary contact list and not this secondary one. Is there a way to enable this? I know with Email you have to check the boxes for subfolders under Inbox, is there something similar for Contacts?

You need to manage the expectations of your CEO. Windows Mobile provides at most 20% of the functionality of Outlook. Lots of the things that you can do in Outlook cannot be done in Windows Mobile. It is the same for all of the remote solutions - Blackberry etc. They have limitations and most of them will sync only with the default folders.
