I have been a loyal CA Arcserve backup for windows customer for many years. Recently I found out that my licenses were expired. I had not received any renewal reminders. On top of that, they don't let you consolidate renewal dates, so evrytime you add a license for an agent or something, you have yet another renewal date to keep track of. Anyways, they say I am outside my 60-day renewal window and can no longer receive renewal pricing. I am so ticked off, I want to switch backup software vendors now. Any good suggestions?
